“I ordered a pair of boots online - 1st time I have ordered from The Women's Society Boutique. I must say the customer service was 100%. I was contacted regarding the item I was purchasing and the ladies could not have been more helpful. I received my order in good time and I will certainly be ordering from them again. Hi Tracey, thank you for your review. I am glad you like the dress on another review of the item. I am sorry though that the dress arrived with a button loop unstitched. I will ensure the team double check this next time when packing an order. I have seen this dress is in the sale, and unfortunately this is sometimes when damage does occur as its been in the boutique a little longer than normal. However, we did not state or highlight any issue so I have refunded you £5 for this fault on the dress. Please feel free to contact us when you receive your order so we can rectify any issues straight away. As a small business feedback is so terribly important and we like to get it right. thank you for shopping small.

“Although I live about 100 miles away I find the team at Boutique very helpful and will answer any queries and even send photos of them wearing an outfit with sizing suggestions. The dispatch of any orders is also efficient and arrives carefully packaged up. Their range of clothing and accessories is fabulous and I wish I lived nearer to be able to pop in! Never miss an Instagram posting or reel if I can help it.”
