“The low star rating is not with Your Caravan Shop but the courier they use, Parcelforce!
I was at home twice, waiting for the delivery which did not come. There was no card though the door, because they did not turn up. After the second time they tell me I have to pay £5 to arrange another delivery to my home address, or £1 to the local Post Office, I already paid £16.50 for shipping on my order. I tried to phone Parcelforce but you can not speak to a real person, they just point you to the website & a contact us page that does not work. So I've had to pay the extra £1 to the local Post Office & hope it arrives on Friday as they promised.”

“Ordered side marker lights, and while the website did state may need small modifications it didn't say would need to drill new holes into the caravan and re crimp the wires etc, only needed the cover but as that was short by a few mm needed to replace the whole unit. Misleading description in my opinion”
