“Our mortgage advisor Jay basically saved us during this journey of purchasing a house. We started trying to buy the first house end of October last year. However, our first mortgage advisor didn’t help us get a mortgage offer, instead, we were rejected.
Luckily, my husband found Jay, our mortgage advisor online. He is super good. It only took him couple of weeks to get our mortgage sorted after it was rejected first time!! And later on, that first house we were trying to buy was pulled out right before the exchange date. Jay helped us the second time after we found another house. He helped us get the mortgage offer again.
Jay also helped us find solicitors when our first one didn’t accept deposit money from abroad. He quickly helped us sorted and find another solicitor who completed everything really quickly in 2-3 weeks time. We really appreciate Jay’s help and we really couldn’t make it without his help.
