“I never write reviews, but I felt it was necessary on this order. I ordered 2 Christmas sweaters, what I received was cheap sweatshirt material. I kindly asked to return the items since it did not meet my expectations and I got a lecture how sweaters can be different martial and it's not their fault I was not satisfied. This company is NOT BBB accredited; I wish I would have done some research before wasting my money.”

“We purchased a POGO stick and the product looked great. Unfortunately shortly after using it, there was metal to metal contact internally and it started creating metal shavings. I sent an email to customer service and they took care of us quickly and shipped out a new unit.”
