“I noted that the photos on your web page showed Reliant brand shirts but that you actually sent two Reliant and two from an other make which escapes me as I write. I have in the past used Reliant and the other maker from London, and found the London maker shirts to be cut on the narrow side. I presumed that what you would send would be accoring to your web site photo. This is not a complaint but a comment and to say I would make sure the next order would be for Reliant otherwise no to the London maker. From first to last I did appreciate so much you helpful professionalism with that touch of friendliness. Many thanks indeed, Bill Scott”

“Ordered 4 Clerical Shirts. This included Bishop Shirt - insert style - purple. Unfortunately when I opened the package and took the Shirt out I noticed three of the buttons were literally handing off (two at the cuffs). Those buttons had to be sewed on before I could wear the shirt. I actually phoned Clerical Shirts about this and was advised that I could return the Shirt by post and a replacement would be sent out. However as I required the Shirt for a Communion Service I declined the offer. The main reason for phoning was to alert Clerical Shirts of this flaw in case there was a fault with the production of purple shirts.”

“It is rare nowadays to find a professional company that provides quality products, at a reasonable price and with such a fast service. Clerical Shirts UK are that company! I ordered a 'test' shirt for my husband because I wasn't sure of the company, its products or its services. I ordered at approx 3 pm or 4 pm one day (online) and expected to wait a few days for the order to be processed, then a few more days for delivery. (As has happened in the past with other companies). You can only imagine my surprise and delight when I received my order from them the FOLLOWING morning. I was amazed! Literally from my late afternoon order - next day delivery! The shirt is good quality. Perfect. I shall definitely be re-ordering from them! Am delighted.”
