“Don't want to complain but they designed some of their offerings in a way that you HAVE to contact support for more information lol. Like when you look at their accounts you see that there are some tiers to it but you don't see the min, deposits and how it's obtained so you sure hit up support. but good for them on making sure they answer on time beacsue that would have been an issue. I assked them about the account requirements and about raw account as well and got all the information, the offers are somewhat fair, though deluxe can be cheaper.”

“When I signed up and opened a personal area, I was surprised to not see various accounts that I saw on the official website. It turned out that they use another system of choosing accounts, I could start only from an essential status and then I had to upgrade it step by step (increasing deposit). I already have a $2000 balance, got prime account and spreads are quite consistent without widening.”
