“The experience was decent from the getgo, got a nice bonus that helped me at the start, was able to trade with lower margins, and keep my trades running. Spreads are ok - they are floating, but dont float too much, they widen a bit during news, but not so much that I cant trade those news with profit. Payouts, for me, are always within a day. Cant give anything other than a full score here.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with XM has been so consistently frustrating that I feel compelled to share it. What initially seemed like a promising service has turned out to be a complete letdown, marked by a shocking lack of reliability and customer care. The core issue is that the service simply doesn't work as advertised. From frequent outages to persistent technical glitches, the platform feels unfinished and poorly maintained. I've encountered numerous bugs that disrupt normal usage, and it's clear that there hasn't been a meaningful effort to address these long-standing problems. The product feels like it's in a perpetual state of beta, despite being marketed as a premium offering. However, the most disappointing aspect has been the customer support. When I reached out to report these issues, I was met with long wait times and representatives who seemed more interested in closing the ticket than actually helping me. The process was a cycle of being asked to perform the same basic troubleshooting steps, only to have the issue remain unresolved. It's an incredibly frustrating experience to feel like you're not being heard and that your time is being wasted. Ultimately, I cannot recommend XM to anyone. The combination of an unreliable product and a non-existent support system makes it a poor value. Save yourself the headache and look for an alternative that respects its customers and provides a functional service.”
