Very expenive and delivery time a little too long. As for the effectiveness of the product I have no idea. I noticed no notable improvements to my mental or physiological state. I do urinate in bright yellow though and wondered what effect this was having on my liver! I have been using the product for a year now and wish they would improve the flavour and give more options. I'm still alive and note no negative effects so that's a plus.
