I password-protected a patient history file before emailing it to a new specialist. Zendocs gave me peace of mind – didn’t require me to download any app.

Had to edit our project notes that were saved as a PDF – converted them to Word using ZenDocs. Formatting stayed mostly intact. Huge timesaver.

I had a complicated local permit form in PDF. Used ZenDocs to fill it out, save, and email. All the text boxes lined up nicely – no weird overlaps or glitches.

Needed to add notes and highlight amounts on scanned receipts for my accountant. Used zendocs.com’s annotate tool – it was basic but did what I needed. Bonus: no install required.

I used zendocs.com to fill in a school form – overall worked well, but the text box didn't always align with printed lines. Still better than handwriting it.

We reviewed some architectural PDFs and needed to highlight changes – zendocs handled arrows and notes smoothly. Really helped with remote collaboration.

I was reviewing a teammate’s report and used zendocs to drop in notes and arrows. It’s not overloaded with tools, which actually makes it easier to focus on what you’re saying.

Works the same on every device I’ve tried, which is more helpful than you’d think. The tools stay responsive even when jumping from mobile to desktop. Makes it feel dependable, like you won’t get stuck halfway through a task.

Structure of the platform helps a lot. Everything’s clearly laid out and fast to access. Didn’t feel like I had to adapt to anything each part of the editing process just fits together. Bonus for clean image quality in exports.

ran three edits deletion, annotation, rotation without saving in between, and nothing broke. i liked the way it kept everything in sync and responsive throughout. would like undo/redo hotkeys though.

had a few hiccups uploading larger files. one of the 200MB files froze mid-edit. i eventually got it through by splitting it first. once it was in, the tools worked fine. i’d still use it, just not for very large files unless that improves.

i usually hate editing pdfs because they never quite look right after you make changes, but zendocs works good. it kept everything in place, even when i swapped in new images or deleted text blocks. compressing for email didn’t trash the quality either. it’s just clean and gets the job done. wish they had an offline version too, but for now the browser version does everything i need without being fussy.

Clean interface, everything just feels where it should be. I’ve edited images, changed text, even reordered pages no issues. It’s not flashy, but that’s exactly what I want. No extra fluff, just the essentials, and they all work properly. Can’t say that for most online tools I’ve tried. The exports look great, too, especially when downloading in PNG or SVG. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing consistent results.

Converting several large PDFs into clean PowerPoints with images and tables intact was something. Everything stayed where it belonged and looked presentation-ready. From my experience, this is one of the few tools that doesn’t add weird line breaks or font glitches. That alone is a reason to stick with it.

Minimal layout, which is perfect when you’re dealing with tasks that just need to get done. No learning curve, no popups, just tools that do what they say. The reorder feature for pages is especially helpful it lets you drag-and-drop instead of typing page numbers manually.

Reworking some scanned PDFs into editable Word files can be a nightmare, this handled it well. Formatting stayed mostly intact, and the OCR was good enough to avoid retyping. I liked how fast it moved, no annoying waits between uploads and downloads.

Had to strip out several sections from a PDF and rebuild it with new pages. Everything aligned well, and the added content blended in smoothly.

This feels like a platform made for steady, practical use. It’s not trying to surprise you it just wants to get out of the way. That’s something I liked. An offline mode would make it even more flexible, but it already hits the main points well.

The fact that it handles multiple edits in the same session without crashing is underrated. Removed pages, added headers, changed image siz all in one go. I like that it just lets you keep going without interruptions.
