For a big corporate event, I needed to compile speaker bios, session descriptions, and maps. ZenDocs let me combine everything and adjust layout at the last minute. Even added a password since the doc had internal info. Loved the flexibility.

I used the fill out forms feature to complete some insurance paperwork. It worked fine, but a few radio buttons didn’t register on export – had to double back and re-tap. Still better than printing.

tested the annotate pdf feature while reviewing a draft proposal. the pen tool was fine but could be smoother on tablets. i liked the sticky notes feature though – that part was surprisingly handy.

Converted my internship report from word to pdf using ZenDocs. What stood out was how perfectly the formatting held – no spacing issues or font glitches. Way better than what I got from Word’s built-in export.

I added notes and highlights to a group draft using zendocs before our team meeting. It’s nice not having to download anything – just mark it up and send the link.

As a teacher, I create weekly lesson packets with warm-ups, activities, and readings. With ZenDocs, I can combine different resources into one file, delete any outdated pages, and compress the final product so it uploads fast to our school portal. The interface is friendly enough that I’ve started recommending it to other teachers too. It’s honestly changed how I prep for class.
