I submitted arwork for a book late one afternoon. I showed my wife the artwork next morning and she pointed out an improvement I could make. I phoned the company. Very helpful response, they immediately advised the printing department to put my order on hold. I sent in the revised artwork pdf by email mid-morning Tuesday. The book arrived in the post on Friday. Very clear, crisp printing and good colours in the images. Excellent service. Thank you.
