Overall, very happy. It took me a long time to work out where the attachment for cleaning carpet was and thought it was missing until I watched a youtube video. It’s so neatly tucked away on the end of the vacuum that it’s difficult to notice (see picture). Hopefully this will stop some people thinking it is missing like I did.
