The finished floor looks stunning, the pictures don't do it justice. Really good quality and the joints clicked toget really beautifully. It was easy to lay apart from the tricky bits around door frames, which just takes patience. Tip - undercut the door frame using a multi tool so you can slide the flooring under the frame, for a really professional look and try and get those bits layed first, finishing with straight pieces. It's easy to get carried away laying the straight bits first as it's so quick and satisfying, but I'd start with door ways first next time. As my son says "it takes 10% of your time laying 90% of the flooring and 90% your time messing about with the remaining 10% of tricky bits. I used the calculator to decide how much to buy for hall, lounge, dining room and toilet. I had so much left over I did the bathroom as well - see before and after below. As I over ordered an extra - just in case - box (above the 5% wastage allowance) I also have enough - apart from 2 planks - to do the kitchen, so I've ordered an extra box to finish the kitchen. My new tenant is absolutely thrilled with what she's going to have when she moves in. The 'human' lady I spoke with to when I'd elected the wrong address to have the order delivered to was absolutely brilliant, she couldn't do enough to help me. So lovely to talk to a real person rather than get frustrated dealing with automated messages. Well done Best4flooring I'd definitely recommend you.
