I received this ballast box in well-packaged materials and in a timely fashion. The overall size is appropriate for my compact tractor. I decided to fill the box with bricks to allow for modifying the weight. I was able to stack 87 solid bricks in the box securely. That puts the overall weight at around 565 lbs. I like the design and look of the product. This ballast box was about half the cost of the one being sold by my tractor dealer. Overall, I recommend this product to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, well-built ballast box.
