The birthday girl loved it!! The cake was lovely- delivered on time, tasty, moist, the buttercream was lovely and overall not too sickly - only slight negative was the biscuits on top were a bit soft by the time it had thawed etc BUT this was to be expected. Maybe you could include them in a sealed packet for the customer to pop on the top?
