Dawn Sikes: When I originally began looking for Life Coaching, I spent a lot of time praying and studying to find the ideal starting point. I prayed that the Lord would lead me to the right coaching framework so that while I polished my skills as a coach, I could study with the right heart and mindset to help others discover their God-given identity and purpose. Paul Dabdoub was an absolute blessing. I took a year to complete the basic coaching program since I was a full-time university student who was simultaneously pursuing other training opportunities. As graduation approaches, I've had more time to focus on the most crucial portion of my education and training: finishing the Master's Academy. It was truly transforming! The training materials solidified a lifetime of prayer and healing, bringing to light my God-given calling and purpose. Paul is truly guided by the Lord in his calling and function, and I consider myself extremely lucky to have participated in and graduated from both of his training courses, particularly the Master's Academy. As God's children and members of His family, it is our responsibility and duty to learn how to effectively use the gifts and talents we have been given to walk forth. Paul spelled out this concept so elegantly through leaning into our identity in Christ and presented it in such a practical and Holy Spirit-inspired way that it not only educated me, but it also stirred my heart to fully lean into all God has already spoken into my life. If you are still thinking about taking these courses, stop wishing and walk forward into your calling and function; you will not regret it. :D
