Best way to spend a Sunday!
Joel had great energy. He had everything prepared and organised and made following the steps super easy. He was on hand to help when I managed to get my butter sneaking out of the dough (oops, don’t forget to flour your workspace…)
The best part of the class was sampling his very professional pastries and taking home my own assortment, which my family was more than happy to sample!
