Let me start by saying that the feel, smell, and craftsmanship of this wallet is above and beyond what I expected, great job Ryan and team. I’ve been carrying the 5 card daily for 2 weeks now and absolutely love the minimalist approach, coming from a guy who has habitually used bulky trifold wallets. The patina on this baby is awesome, especially only after 2 weeks. Let me also say that if you are a person who likes to have a cash pocket, this may not be for you. The Popov 5 card handles my 7 cards and 10 bills more than comfortably. If this wallet was just a tad bit wider and came equipt with a dedicated pocket for cash it would be hands down the best wallet ever. I carry cash on a daily basis and find it somewhat annoying when paying to remove money from the pocket, place the wallet down so I can sort through the cash, refold the cash, pick the wallet back up, and place the cash back. This is the only issue I have, it’s much simpler to open a wallet and look inside the cash pocket, pick out what you need, and move on. Needless to say I can’t put this thing down. The feel and smell have me reaching for it all the time just to look at it, premium craftsmanship. I’m debating ordering the traditional 6 card, I miss my dedicated cash pocket, but absolutely love the 5 card from Popov Leather.
