Very pleased overall, does the job I want it to, ie I can open the Tailgate of our VW T5.1 LWB Transporter with bike rack on.
I've knocked off 1 star because the fitting instructions are pretty rubbish and only pictures. It's heavy, (but I knew that) and not easily 'aligned', taking me several attempts to get it equally spaced between vehicle and ground. A second person would make that easier.
I've toyed with the idea of making a couple of equal length guides to assist in future.
