I’m not too much into writing reviews but here goes::: I first started experiencing Nocturnal cramps when I was in my middle 80’s, tried a couple of so-called cures to no avail and I was getting up several times a night to walk off the cramps and they got worse as time went by. In December of 2020 I was now 90 years old And having night time cramps 4 or 5 times a night from my hands down to my feet, painful for sure. I did some more looking on the web and came across Salt Wrap and the reviews sounded promising so I ordered a 90 day supply of Mag R&R and received it the week after Christmas, I took one capsule before bedtime and guess what,,,not a single cramp! I was amazed. So it’s been that way ever since except in the spring of this year I have experienced a few daytime cramps which I attribute to climbing up and down the ladder, it’s always my feet, ankles and claves and I have been able to get rid of it by rubbing on some Theraworx but I no longer have Nocturnal cramps, thank you to Salt Wrap’s Scott Hogan and his group and I have now passed 92 years of age.
