When package arrived, the two support arms were missing, but this was the manufacturer error, not General Awning. Still, I had to wait fir them to be sent.
Had it professionally installed, but a homeowner could probably do it with normal skills ND tools.
Looks great and keeps sun and rain off backdoor.
