This year only three of us for dinner so ditched the turkey and bought four turkey legs thinking one each and a spare !!
Oh my goodness!! One leg fed three of us with meat left over .. so moist and incredibly tasty and incredible value … fed a house full on Boxing Day with the other legs !!
