arrived very quickly to the US. I guess full disclosure is that I had done a disguising amount of investigation into various bracelets, and basically wanted to check out in hand the distinction between milanese and polanaise bracelets, the latter having more of a woven, herringbone type appearance. Staib, by reputation, makes the best. the cheaper ones are typically made in lower labor cost countries with the expensive ones being german made. i thought the quality on this one was excellent, and they were very easy to install, fit well, and it’s definitely a bit more lustrous and eye catching than milanese bracelet which is more common. definitely a lot ‘dressier’ in appearance.
anyway this is one of the only places i found that even stocks a polonaise bracelet and I bought the only one in stock at the time, but just thought i’d let folks know in case they are ever hunting for one that it’s definitely a bit different from the easier to find milanese type and I like it very much. a good buy for any vintage inspired watch, especially if the case is pretty polished
