Great experience all around! It was very easy to get a hold of someone in customer service to have questions answered. All items were well packed to prevent damage while in transit. LOVE our Vail counter stools and Vail outdoor chairs--top notch quality and beautiful design. Both counter stool and outdoor chair are extremely comfortable, however, I am extra impressed with the comfort of the Vail outdoor chair.
