Firstly this is an excellent piece of kit, it does so much, the display is bright and clear and it promises to get even better with software updates if/when Raymarine add additional third party apps. Now the negatives (which don’t override the positives). It interfaces with all my older ST60+ instruments - brilliant - EXECPT the autopilot, what a shame! My old (but not that old) Raymarine A97 plotter running lighthouse II did but this iteration running lighthouse III does not! Why Mr Raymarine?! I bought a CPT-S depth/sonar transducer but then had to pay another £50 for an adapter cable even though this is the recommended transducer for this MFD. Finally the clip on bezel on the right comes off with the dust cover all too easily, it’s a relatively flimsy piece of plastic and I just know it’s going to get broken at some time. In summary this is an excellent MFD that does everything I want it to do and more, slightly let down by a few annoying things, hence dropping a star.
