Cooler was delivered in double quick time , on arrival and unbox 1 of the doors didn’t slide shut as it should due to a broken cord. Phone Empire and was given two options , a replacement cooler or the parts sent to repair the cord , I opted for the cord replacement which was swift to arrive as well . I was also offered a FaceTime with one of the engineers to replace the cord as well , which I thought was superb . Door sorted in 5 mins and all well . Would not hesitate to use empire again , you can judge a company on their after service , and theirs is first class . Thanks guys 👍
