I wanted to write in to thank you for creating such an amazing device and service. I have struggled with sobriety for 5 years and have been in and out of treatment for alcoholism. Having relapsed and continually losing the battle with this disease has caused severe problems in my relationships, career and health. After completing treatment with a major medical system in the US, I found BACTrack View and added this to my recovery support plan. I elected to sign up for a year long program to help demonstrate my commitment to sobriety and rebuilding trust. This is a very minor monthly cost compared to the excessive spending and losses I was incurring. This device is much more than a tool. It is a key component to helping me remain accountable, but also to regain trust from the ones I love. This is a great asset to recovery and doesn't always have to come by way of a parole officer or court ordered mandate. It is a great tool for the regular person who wants to turn their life around.
