Very pleased with this storage bench, purchased for a new place. Was initially purchased for the hallway, to store footwear and as a seat when wearing / removing footwear. It is very strong and sturdy - it does not feel flimsy when sat on. It is currently being used for storing some clothes while items get rearranged around the house, but it seems to serve that function well too.
