These gummies have been so helpful for recovery. I have never seen a proprietary blend like this one and it seems to be very effective. I also LOVE taking these because they are delicious. If you love snacking on a sweet tangerine then you’ll love this flavor. Taste like fresh fruit! I have no issues with taking 3 a day. I actually have to remind myself that it’s a supplement and not gummy bears 😆!
