My very first Gammon .. not a Bloody Mary but a smoked gammon… we were blown away with the flavour .. boiled one and half hours.. removed rind and scored added honey sugar mustard glaze and roasted one and a half hours adding more glaze as it cooked ..
absolutely mouth watering delicious!!!
