I have completed the 12 week program a couple of times in the off season but always struggles with printouts of the workouts and keeping organized with my weekly calendar. The mtb fitness app takes care of the organization and the extra features of having the workouts and videos in one place is amazing. Also like the data comparability with Garmin and MyFitnessPal which helps track progression. Definitely worth the investment and looking forward to seeing the benefits on the bike in my next race in October.
