Dear Mark. I am concerned that the instructions which came with the RO and Hydrogen machines were insufficient to ensure that we are maintaining them correctly. We have already had a telephone conversation concerning a problem with intermittent shuddering so I am attaching: a) a picture of the colourful display and ask that you explain the significance of each light and b) a short questionnaire to help us get the maximum and safe benefits from the two pieces of equipment.
