I’ve only been taking this for nearly 5 weeks , I am very sceptical over things but after reading some reviews thought I’d give it a shot as my daughter gets married next week I bought it for 2 reasons 1 for my joint problems and 2 for my skin as wanted to try improve the skin to help me look abit more youthful as not far off 60 .. there’s one thing I can say and that is im sorry I never started taking this a lot sooner …..as after the short time taking it I can notice the change in the firmness of my face it’s giving me abit more confidence in myself especially as I know being mother of the bride your tend to be more on show and from a person that doesn’t have a lot of confidence in the way they look everybit helps .. so for that I’m grateful .. think it’s abit to soon to say over my joints but I’m confident there will be as much improvement over them a my skin … took a lot to put this photo up ..I’m sorry I didn’t do a before photo but personally I can see the difference
