They were efficient, informative and very polite in dealing with our requirements. Web remote access signal testing was done ahead to ensure a good connection. The URL streaming link, provided beforehand, ensured that those around the world could test their access well in advance. On the day, Mr Schmittat performed well almost as unseen in the background. The video transmission, even when we were on the move to the burial spot, was clear and steady. We were delighted with the result and now have downloaded both videos and stills and placed them on our own web photosite for those family and friends, not able attend the service, could see at a later date. The recordings are also independantly made available via the Schmittat Ltd URL supplied link for as long as you like, set as either private of public. I would recommend anyone wanting a streaming or simply a recording service for any occasion to at least discuss their needs with Mr Scmittat. I was glad that we did.
