The product is easy to apply and really enhances the colour of the Indian Sandstone. I jet washed the sandstone, used Black Spot Lichen remover and green algae remover before applying the Indian Sandstone sealer so the sealer was being applied to a very clean surface. I was very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend this product.
