Unfortunately took a while to arrive and then had tiny dent at the bottom. Contacted customer services who immediately offered either compensation or a replacement. I was happy with the compensation offered as it was for a spare room. Delivery men ver polite. Would still be happy to use company again. I have had no problems with previous purchases.
