I order 1 x Ben David mug as a replacement mug for one that cracked. I absolutely love these mugs so just had to have it ! There was an issue with my address which Patricia fixed for me, and then the courier could not find our house lol.
Patricia ( Online Manager) was amazing in making sure my replacement was delivered.
