Florence Broadhurst rugs are expensive and sell at considerably higher prices. The range of rugs on the website is enormous; the prices are honest and possibly some of the most competitive in the UK market; the delivery is prompt and well-organised. And what I valued as much as anything else was the lovely, friendly, honest, courteous and extremely knowledgable person who answered my phone - Wayne - not just on this occasion but on a previous occasion when I purchased something else.
