We really enjoyed our week at Keepers Cottage. Very comfortable, clean and well presented cosy cottage in a nice quiet location. Lovely position with beautiful views. The location is perfect, with walks from the doorway to the local area, to the village shops and pubs, plus easy access to Ullswater lake. We enjoyed walks up Helvellyn, Angle Tarn and Aira Force/Gowbarrow and others, and loved returning each evening to relax in the cottage in front of the fire!
