XS Harnes is perfect for my less than 7lb YorkiePoo. It is sturdy yet not too bulky. Fits her great on the middle buckle holes, so we have room to go up or down a bit if needed. I first purchased the Walking Kit of Harness, Leash, and Bag Holder and returned to purchase a second Harness for back up. Gracie does great with the harness. There is no pull on her tiny throat and no concerns about her slipping out of this harness. Gracie and I are both fans of this harness!
