Beautiful product, but delivery and damage risks are too highI recently ordered a sample of this laminate flooring. While the product itself looks great, the sample arrived chipped. I was ready to purchase 93 square metres for my project, but I am now hesitant.Many reviews mention receiving damaged orders and struggling to get replacements or refunds. Given the steep £50 delivery charge, I am worried about the financial risk and the hassle if my bulk order arrives damaged. I would love to buy this floor, but the risk currently feels too high.
