This stuff really works! The black spots on my patio stones had accumulated for 9 years . The spots were all cleared with just one application. It took nearly 1.5 hours and it's important to keep the surface wet. I am very pleased with it. I applied a sealant afterwards hoping that the spots will not build up again but the process has been very easy anyway. I higly recommed this product.
