This is without a doubt one of the best products of this type I have ever used. I am 71 and work vigorously to stay in shape. 1 hour every morning of a combination of yoga stretching and Tia Chi. But first 2 tablespoons of IQ and 100ml b complex! then straight to work!!! When I golf the mental clarity this product gives me is incredible. 2 tablespoons before starting and 2 at the turn!!! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! GREAT PRODUCT!
