This was my first order with factory direct, I was looking for a gold bracelet as a birthday gift to myself, and I looked at so many different stores online but could not find any that seemed trustworthy enough or had what I was looking for. I love that factory direct is very clear in their description of each pece of jewelry on their website, especially including the weight and also if the gold piece is made hollow or more solid, lots of online jewelry stores do not do this. After receiving my beautiful bracelet, I had to return to have it resized and let me tell u it was so early, it arrived to them on Saturday and they had it resized and shipped back to me on Monday morning. I highly recommend this store for gold jewelry. I wanted a bracelet for everyday wear and this piece is perfect. It's solid and does not feel hollow like most gold jewelry being sold nowadays.
