Starting at receipt of buckle, packaging impressed and did its job well. Installation was simple and straightforward- remove old clasp and pop the butterfly buckle on, easy peasy. Engagement of clasp is audibly satisfying and precise, it's very apparent when buckled completely. Release is mirrored in its satisfaction, with agressive and confident decoupling. If I were to nitpick, I'd like to see an adjustable clasp to compensate for straps that could use a bit more dialing in between holes. So many strap options fall outside the Goldilocks zone and having a clasp that can accomodate for that would be wonderous. Regardless, that's a feature where multi thousand dollar watches are hit or miss.
