From the time I made the hour plus journey to the Melbourne showroom to buying it online to liaising with the support team to diagnose and replace a faulty controller, my experience with Omnidesk has been exceptional!!! The desk I bought (Darkwood) is absolutely beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice at all. It’s much darker and richer in person. It’s a SOLID unit to say the least. I think this will outlast me and the next 5 generations. The motors raise and lower the desk with ease and relatively quickly, but at the right speed. Assembling it is a bit of a process. I suggest using both the guide and watching videos on YouTube. Overall I’m super impressed and super happy with my Omnidesk and the team!!!
