After seasoning it on Tuesday Ive used it twice for stuffed parathas yesterday and today for English muffins, the results were excellent, the stone took a while to heat up on my gas hob and I switched off before my bread had finished baking and the residual heat was enough to finish them off beautifully. Very happy x
