We used the kit in groups of 3 as we had 72 students in our space. Each student was allocated a role, tester, constructor etc. The kits were a hit. Students loved it. We explored the concepts of:
Aerodynamics, Solar power, motor size etc, to see which factors would have an impact on the workings or speed of the cars.
After building, we tested it, midified and raced the cars. Students had fun doing this.
The only draw back was that the cars came undone easily. We had to use hot glue on some.
