I don't sprinkle my Bimuno onto cereal, but instead, I stir it into a decaff coffee or drinking chocolate at bedtime, because it has the wonderful side effect of drowsiness for me! 😃 So not only is it helping my gut biome - it also helps me to drift off at night - which in turn, also helps my gut biome! It dissolves easily & is tasteless & odourless too, so I can enjoy my bedtime drink as always! Win, win!
