I bought these wild flower hardy annuals despite hearing all the stories of failure with wild flowers through various sources over the past few years. I followed the advise and prepped the area around my newly installed pond by thoroughly weeding and racking the soil through. Admittedly this was a long laborious process to clear the area properly but I believe well worth the effort. I then sowed the seeds in March and waited. To my utter amazement ( I am no gardener ) my efforts were rewarded with an absolutely stunning display of wild flowers all around the pond which has continued right up until now mid October remarkable. I will be cutting them down very soon to seed them clearing the area. The success of these seeds has led to me ordering some more also some shade loving seeds to sow in different areas.
